PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Everything Me mission is to provide high quality clothing and customer experience. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible however at this time we take everyone safety serious and we’re making it our priority. DUE to growing numbers of COVID-19 cases there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS until further notice. Thanks for understanding.

Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices.

Processing Time

We know how exciting it is to receive new packages so we work to get your order processed as soon as possible. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
 


Shipping Time

Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
US Orders:
1. USPS first class (3-5 business days)
2. USPS Priority mail (2 business days)

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Everything Me is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Everything Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Everything Me will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS
Everything Me carefully inspects all orders before shipping. We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged product.   For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping company to notify them. PREORDER

Preorder dates are estimated based on vendor estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include preorder items as well as in stock items will be shipped once all of the items are in stock. If you would like to receive your in stock items before your preorder items please place separate orders.
